What waste do you collect?
Non-hazardous waste: office waste, packaging, furniture and renovation debris. Hazardous waste is not accepted.

BLANQUETA LLC ("Blanqueta", "we") provides cleaning and non-hazardous waste collection, rents property, cars and construction equipment, provides document and office support, accounting, legal and media placement services, and trades goods wholesale. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Cleaning customers
Name, phone, address, access instructions (such as key or code arrangements) and service notes. Access details are stored securely, shared only with the assigned team, and deleted when the contract ends.
3. In your premises
Our cleaners do not open private documents, drawers or devices and are bound by confidentiality.
4. Document services
Documents you give us for copying or scanning are processed only to perform the job. Digital copies are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them; spoiled copies are shredded.
5. Rental customers
Passport and driving licence details, rental contracts, deposits and GPS data for cars where trackers are fitted, as stated in the contract.
6. Accounting and legal clients
Files are confidential and kept as required by law.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security of property and vehicles).
8. Recipients
Waste processors (no personal data), insurers, payment providers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
